Product: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My service provider has improved my internet service to 300 mbit/s. I don't see a difference so they are asking me details about my network card. I am unable to find out if it is a 100mbit/s or 1 gig,

Please help

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Your post is under laptop, what is it ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

  http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108

 

For desktop, please check its label at the back.

 

Other option: Expand Network adapters from Device Manager, it will list all adapter with their names.
