When I log in the touch screen keyboard shows.  I want to turn it off so I can use the regular hand keyboard. I do not know how to do it.

Dear Customer,

Welcome to HP Support Forum and we are glad to assist you.

It looks like you are facing difficulties with respect to the On-Screen Keyboard on your HP Unit.

We will surely assist you with this.

Please perform these steps to enable or disable On-Screen Keyboard on your HP Unit.

Step 01. Open PC settings under Control Panel, and click/tap on Ease of Access on the left side.

Step 02. Click/tap on Keyboard on the left side

Now, To Turn On the On-Screen Keyboard

A) Under On-Screen Keyboard on the right side, move the slider to the right to turn it ON.

B) The On-Screen Keyboard will now open

When finished, you can close PC settings if you like
