How long have you been having the problem with the webcam?

If the troubleshooting steps don't help I would suggest checking to see if the webcam is recognized in the device manager under imaging devices.

I see that you are trying to make a screen smaller on the top of the screen. Can you let me know what program you are using that you are trying to adjust the screen size on?

Can you move you arrow to the borders of the screen and adjust the size?
