Hi,

We can forget 1x1. The following image shows the list. ONLY the ones with red (underscore) have Bluetooth, others don't. Looks like your machine is very close to my old loam machine: does NOT have Bluetooth (under $10 option). If you wish, you can buy a USB Bluetooth dongle for around $15.

Hi,

Firstly we need to know what is your "HP ENVY 17" ? My old loan HP Envy 17 does not have Bluetooth. Please click a small arrow up at the bottom right corner to see: is it there ? Also Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Hi,

The following link shows all part # for the series (a CTO machine actually):

     http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=E1P13AV

(Same as my old loan Notebook which has Leapmotion but not touch screen). Now please

(a) Open Device Manager,

(b) Expand Network adapters,

What is the wireless card ?  Is it on the list from the above link (scroll down to last section) ? What is it ?

Regards.

Hello Provost, I've clicked on the link and found a very identical number to the one I see in my Device Manager(Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter)

709848-001

But the one I see is Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bg/n 1x1 WiFi adapter, thought it's identical, its not the same since it doesn't show the 1x1.
