"i want to install win 8.1 64bit how i install without losing data"
If you are clean installing Windows 8.1 on your machine using Microsoft windows media creation tool by creating bootable installation USB, you'll loose all your data in HDD as clean installation will format and install Windows from start.
You're getting that error because you didn't make installation USB UEFI bootable.
Also do the steps given in the Reformatting the drive using a different partition style section of this Microsoft document:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-in/library/dn336946.aspx
Please follow this tutorial to create UEFI bootable Windows 8.1 USB: option 2
