Dear hp,

I have a laptop hp pavilion dm4. I tried to use my laptop cam, but there was a message appeared saying that there is no camera found or defined.

What can i do with my laptop cam, and how do i define it. I need your help.

When i open the program youcam, the programs is saying that " youcam can nat connect to the truevision hd webcam".

I have re-installed the youcam sodtware but still nothing.  I have to find the driver for the truevision hd webcam but i cant find it online.  Muy webcam is a buld in cam and i use win8.1
