Help me please!

My Radeon R7 M260 has 2gb memory, supports DirectX 12 and is much powerful than HD8610G. I can't use 3D Max or even play games.....

Right now the driver server is having some issues, but there is no way it can be right to install 3 different video drivers.

I would uninstall all prior video drivers:

And then install the right single driver package once the server comes back up.

What do you think about BIOS update? Should I update it?

HP Recommended

Yes, but don't expect miracles from it. But it cannot hurt as long as you are careful.

Well, I uninstalled all video drivers from my pc, and instaleed the drivers from hp drivers page but I dont think my Radeon R7 M260 works as it must...

Have you tried setting a particular program i.e a game to run using the "high performance" graphics?
