My laptop is HP Pavilion 14-al101nx and built-in-battery type: 3-cell,41 Wh Li-ion. In order to improve and increase battery life,
Which the best method to improve battery performance, keep the charger connected all time to laptop or
keep the charger connected up to the battery become fully charger 100% and then disconnect the charger from laptop ?

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Here are some tips regarding battery life: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01297640?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0026
Good Luck

You do not need to overthink this. The battery will be fine if you leave the charger plugged in all the time. If you charge to 100% then remove the charger you will be running on battery and will just register charge/discharge cycles which will shorten the life if I understand the question.

Um, I'm not sure why these batteries have such ''bad battery life''.
I have a:
HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba008tu
With 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion battery.
Now I use this laptop for school, and the one AND ONLY thing I hate about it is its loud fans ramping up over simple web browsing and typing documents.
My battery lasts all school day (around 6 hours usage) plus a few hours more after school watching YouTube and web browsing.
I might not use my laptop for the full 6 hours, depending on my classes, but I doubt I'll ever need to keep my laptop charger in all day. I don't get where people are coming from when ''they need to keep their chargers in all day''.
Can someone please explain...
