How to reset BIOS password on HP Compaq 2230s ?

I forgot BIOS password on my HP Compaq 2230s and I dont know how to reset this password. After 3 failure attempts, it show up a "On Screen Keyboard". When you press the enter key, it will show up a screen showing "Authentication Failed" and "System Locked Press the power button to restart the system". 
I tried taking off the CMOS battery but it did not help. I also wrote to HP support but they told me that I must replace whole motherboard. But I believe that there is any way to reset it instead of replacing the CMOS chip or whole motherboard.

Insert clean USB flash drive.

Then run USB Image tool.

Choose the flash drive then click on RESTORE.

After restore remove flash drive.

Insert flash drive into locked laptop and boot. ”If HDD is installed remove before booting.”

At C:\OUTPUT   type CD..   “Then hit enter”

Type HPBR   “Then hit enter”

First thing is to save your settings.

Select #3 re-program.

Press “S” to save system information.

Type HPBR and hit enter.

Select   “FIRST RUN”

Then select model.

After reboot repeat same as above but this time SELECT “SECOND RUN”

Some instructions here. “If you cannot boot from USB there are instructions to make a bootable HDD.”

I created bootable flash drive through USB Image tool, but if I want to open boot device menu pressing F9, It request BIOS password which I forgot. Also it dont boot the windows from HDD without setting a BIOS password.  You think it will be boot the HDD without setting BIOS password when I create bootable HDD through Image tool? How to boot any drive without setting BIOS password? Thanks
