My Pavilionx 360 did not auto rotate suddenly and I tried to turn on the setting of auto rotationg, but as you can see, the button seems frozen. Meanwhile, my computer will not turn to tablet mode automatically when I bend it to be a "tablet". How can I solve these two problems? Thank you!

Hi @Sabrinawang06,
Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!
I came across your post about the Notebook, and wanted to assist you! I have looked into your issue about your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible and the auto rotate not working correctly. I would make sure all updates have been done on the Notebook first. Restart the Notebook.
Here is a link to show you how to configure and disable the screen rotation feature. Checking first that is has not been disabled and it is on Portrait mode.
The Multi-Sensor Enabling Driver enables the Accelerometer, Gyroscope, and eCompass sensors that provide rotation control functionality typically used in tablets and cellular phones. Here is the download sp68464.exe
Please let me know how this goes.
Thanks.
