Operating System: Chrome OS
I have a hp Chromebook 14 atheros and I had tried to create the recovery media on two usb several times but I am getting the same result "an unexpected error has occurred" and my Chromebook is not recovering from the screen Chrome os is missing or damaged please insert a recovery usb stick or sd card

Just make the pendrive on other computer or laptop after you did, start the recovery on your computer
