Hi,
I've had my laptop for almost 2.5 years now. Last week, I went to turn it on and after pressing the power button, the screen lit up like it normally would, but the hp logo never appeared. I waited for nearly 10 minutes at the black screen before forcing a shutdown and trying again, with no luck. I've tried everything, from leaving it to run for over an hour to trying a hard reset to trying to put it into safe mode with no results. I can never get anything but the black screen. I know the screen is on because you can see that it's lit, I don't know if that makes a difference. Please help! Thanks.
