You can't repair a bad hard drive you need to replace it. Need a Manual or any other help?

I just bought this computer 3 week ago it is fine condition no problem until the update happen and i turn it off accidentally

Sorry for not replying my phone got stolen at the hospital.

So anyway I just use usb and it worked.
