Salve, volevo sapere se si può avere una soluzione a un problema che non riesco a risolvere. Ho provato in tutti i modi a sistemare il problema del touch screen, andando in gestione dispositivi, vedo il driver hid i2c con un punto esclamativo. In cui si legge un errore 10. Non so che fare, ho provato ad aggiornare i driver e non funziona, ho provato ad aggiornare il bios e non funziona, insomma, non trovo una soluzione efficace contro questo problema, il touch prima funzionava, ma adesso non funziona più Spero che mi possiate risolvere il problema, grazie

Hi, I wanted to know if you can have a solution to a problem that I can't solve. I tried in every way to fix the touch screen problem, going to the device management, I see the hid i2c driver with an exclamation point. In which you read an error 10. I don't know what to do, I tried to update the drivers and it doesn't work, I tried to update the bios and it doesn't work, in short, I don't find an effective solution against this problem, the touch worked before, but now it doesn't work anymore. I hope you can solve the problem for me, thanks
