Hp omni 10 touch screen non funziona

Salve, volevo sapere se si può avere una soluzione a un problema che non riesco a risolvere. Ho provato in tutti i modi a sistemare il problema del touch screen, andando in gestione dispositivi, vedo il driver hid i2c con un punto esclamativo. In cui si legge un errore 10. Non so che fare, ho provato ad aggiornare i driver e non funziona, ho provato ad aggiornare il bios e non funziona, insomma, non trovo una soluzione efficace contro questo problema, il touch prima funzionava, ma adesso non funziona più . Spero che mi possiate risolvere il problema, grazie

Hi, I wanted to know if you can have a solution to a problem that I can't solve.
