OK...

So, under the display adapters category in the device manager, it now shows the AMD Mobility Radeon HD 4350, correct?

You may need to also install this software that controls the function keys to adjust the screen brightness.

Can you adjust the brightness in the power options menu in Windows?

There should be two slider bars to adjust the brightness when plugged in, and when on battery.

  1. Go to Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options.
  2. Click on "Change plan settings" for your laptop's selected power plan (either Balanced or Power saver).
  3. Now edit your plan settings by moving the sliders next to "Adjust plan brightness" at the bottom. You'll be able to change the brightness for when your laptop is On battery power, or when it's Plugged in.
  4. Once you've adjusting the brightness settings to your liking, then click on the 'Save changes' button.

this is my screen, there are no brightness button..

whereas when I first installed windows 7 64 bit drivers before install another driver, I can adjust the brightness button.
so what should I do next?

That is bizarre.

My last suggestion and I hope it works is for you, to install the amd driver directly from AMD and see if that works better than the one on your PC's support and driver page.

Also try installing the latest chipset driver and see if that works too.

Thank you paul 🙂
But still didnt work

I was installed all driver your suggestion, and i was update all my driver correctly, except intel media accelerator and intel turbo boost. I cant instal them because my system didnt meet any requirement.

Are there drivers that have not been installed, or is there any software to adjust the brightness of the screen?

None that I can think of.

Your model doesn't have switchable graphics (Intel + AMD) does it?

I think it just has the AMD 4350, and no Intel graphics adapter.

i try to instal driver updater software, but they said my AMD was updated.

My laptop can adjust brightness now, not via control panel, but via amd radeon. I have downloaded and instal the last amd radeon driver...

That is very good news.

I'm glad you are now able to adjust the screen brightness.

Enjoy!
