I have been trying to reset my notebook but it says that i dont have a system image. Where do i get teh recovery media so i can reset my laptop? My notebook has a windows 8  operating system but i do not know which bit rate it has.

Hi,


If your notebook came with Windows 8, you can order recovery USB from HP directly specific to your model with a charge

Else you can clean install Windows 8.1 in this laptop. It'll be automatically activated using Windows 8 key on installation, while connected to internet
