Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Pavilion g6 1201tx.

I recently changed my ISP and he connected me through Dial-Up connection (WAN Miniport PPPOE).

My Current network setup is shown below:

Problem is that now I can't share my Internet to my Android.
Previously, when I just had LAN Connection active, I could easily do it. But recent changes don't allow me to share internet.

I use Virtual Router and sometimes I use command prompt too. It didn't start even when I executed commands in cmd. And I'm the admin of my Laptop.

Please need serious help.

Actually I've already found solution myself. I've been using it daily.

I don't need to create VPN. Normal ICS works well.

I start Virtual Router as soon as I dian PPPoE connection and it works!!
