Since i upgraded my preinstalled windows 8.1 laptop to windows 10, the sound quality become really bad. I even try the windows 10 high definition audio device its still produce bad sound quality. I also try IDT driver from windows 8.1, it works but i have another issue on that driver. Whenever i plugged my headset to the laptop and unplugged it the sound quality become bad. I have found a temporary fix to it by going to Open volume mixer > Device: Speakers > Advance and changing the sample rate, And the quality improves. But its really inconvinient to me. How can i fix this? what is the right driver for this?

Hi,
Try downloading and installing the IDT HD Audio software package version on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load for a few minutes before checking.

It didn't work, Still has bad audio quality. Everytime i voice call my friend through facebook and im listening music through my headphones he can also here the music. Everytime i play some music through speakers and pause it, plugged in my headphones and play it gives bad quality. I always need to change sample rates everytime it is so inconvenient. it only produce good quality sometimes in speaker.
