Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If it does, where can I download it back from?

A clean install will erase everything (OS, programs, drivers, settings) that was originally shipped with your system. It will also erase all your personal files, so make sure you back them up before continuing.

If you haven't done so already, I recommend that you create a set of recovery DVD's or a recovery USB before performing a clean install. They contain the original factory image that was shipped with your computer. Should you ever decide to restore the factory image in the future or replace the hard drive, you will have a copy of the OS and the programs that originally came preloaded on your computer. Store the recovery media in a safe location where it won't get misplaced.

I already did that using the "Create a recovery drive" program. Is that what I need to do? I booted from that USB and it went to the Advanced Options screen.

That's the Microsoft Windows recovery tool. You can reinstall the current version of Windows 10 that way as a clean install, but not the programs and drivers that were pre-installed by HP.

Search for "HP Recovery Media Creation" under the start menu to create a factory image on a set of DVD's or a USB flash drive.

I can't do it in Windows 10:

There's no "HP Recovery Media Creation" in the Start Menu.

In HP Recovery Manager,  when I click "Create Recovery Media", It opens "Create a recovery drive" which you told me is the Microsoft Windows recovery tool.

When I google "HP Recovery Media Creation", There is a tutorial for it, but it's for Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Windows Vista.
