Hello. This is my firs post so I hope that I am not doing something wrong. I have a big problem that i cant solve by myself. I have tried everything searching forums and googeling without results that's helps me.
The Problem: I had Windows 8 and everything worked perfectly. But needed to get Windows 7 back again because programs did not work with a project in school. After installing Windows 7 Professionals back my network connection was completely dead. It will not work with wireless and not with the cable. When i troubleshoot I get the message "Install a driver for your network adapter". In Device Manager my Network adapter is completely gone and I have a ( ! ) on my Ethernet Controller, Network Controller, PCI Device, PCI Simple Communications Controller, SM Bus Controller, Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller and Unknown device.
My computer: HP Pavilion G6-2128so

Windows 7 was installed on my computer when I first got it. Upgraded to 8 with no problem then like I said because school project did not work properly I needed to get back to 7. Now I am sitting on a computer that does not work at all.
I hope someone have a solution on this problem.
Thanks // Rickard

^this link should have them.
I would get the networks drivers and chipset driver and see if it works then.

Now all the drivers is installed. It is better but not perfect. One of the drivers was a network adapter so I can access internet now. But when I am using Internet explorer (standard) I get a popup window all the time saying:
"internet Explorer encounted a validation error. Process name: iexplore.exe, Module name: mshtml.dll, Assert offset: 00974C6A".
In Device Manager i still have the (!) on BCM20702A0 (this is a new one). Ethernet Controller, PCI Device, PCI Simple Communications Controller, Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller, Unknown device.
I hope someone knows something else I can do. I really appreciate the help I got from you . 🙂

You can use it to search for any missing drivers and it will update any drivers that need to be updated.
