Hello AwaisMughai. I understand your bluetooth device isn't working properly.
What notebook do you own? If you wouldn't mind identifying it by the product number that would be very helpful. This document can show you where it is located.
Also, providing the Hardware IDs will also be very helpful. To locate the Hardware IDs try the following.
- Open your Device Manager.
- Expand the section containing the "Unknown Device."
- Right click on the device and select "Properties."
- Navigate to the "Details" tab.
- Select "Hardware Ids" from the drop-down menu.
- Post what is listed here.
Please click the white star under my name to give me Kudos as a way to say "Thanks!"
Click the "Accept as Solution" button if I resolve your issue.

Hello again princewilis. Are you also trying to locate a driver for your network controller?
Have you tried running HP Support Assistant? This will try to automatically install the drivers for you.
What version of Windows are you using?
If HP Support Assistant is unable to locate the drivers you should follow my instructions in the post above your's to provide me with the Hardware IDs for the device.
I'll keep an eye out for your response. Have a great day!

Hello petchi82. I understand you're having trouble getting your Ethernet controller installed.
What version of Windows are you running?
Do you get an error when installing the driver?
Have you tried running HP Support Assistant to see if it could install the driver? You should try installing the HP Software Framework and HP Support Assistant and then running the application.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply. Have a great day!
