My error comes back again and again...until I get the W10 to detect mistakes (several start errors) and after that it works for a certain period...

But If I disabled the AMD in the videocard sub-bullet of the device manager and it seems it is working...I dont know why ATI/AMD is not commisioning a new driver that is a shame.

At first it worked. I wrote how a few pages back. After that the drivers updated themselves.
My solution to this problem at this moment:
1 disable the automatic driver upgrade.
2 install catalyst control center and all of its things EVENTUALLY UF THIS UPGRADES THE DRIVERS to .60 or .62
3 you may get a bios. Disable the dedicated video card from device manager NOT THE BIOS
4 from device manager go to upgrade drivers and choose install manually. Pick to choose from drivers that are on the hard drive. I picked .1045
So far no problems. I expect it to stay this way as long as the thing doesn't update itself.
If you don't have them you may need to download and unpack a previous version of the driver installation from amd. I'm sorry but I can't help with that as I kept mine for some unknown reason. ☺

My laptop crashes while trying to restart after going into safe mode. Can I avoid restarting it and uninstall the drivers?

The easy way to fix.

1.  Boot the comuter wiht the wifi turned off, and not connected to the internet.

2.  In Device Manager, uninstall all the network cards and video drivers and be sure to check the box to uninstall the associated software as well.

3.  Restart the computerand allow Windows 10 to find it's own initial drivers.

4.  Run Windows update or update the drivers from Device Manager.

At this point, the computer no longer BSOD with Internal_Power_Error after about 2 miniutes, but it will BSOD with the same error at Shutdown/Restart.  The BSOD page automatically restarts the computer making it difficult to actually shutdown.  This was also hapening even after a clean install.  The addtional steps to actually resolve are to go to the 3rd party vendor drivers.  In my case, with an AMD Radeon HD8450M video card.

Go to AMD Radeon's website and use the autodetect tool.  (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool)

Download and let it bring in the most recent drivers and Catalyst software.  Install suggested version.  After that is installed check for any addtional updates.  The addtional updates enabled other items still disabled with Radeon chips in my system, such as the integrated SD card reader.

I Just solved the problem concerning the "Internal Power Error" on Probook 450 G1.

The problem is being caused by the AMD radeon graphic adaptor. 
To Solve the problem Disable the AMD Adapter in safe mode. 

1st. how to enter in safe mode

           -Switch off your laptop.
           -Switch it on.
           -The Windows wont be able to load then it will direct you to "Choose an option"
           -Choose "Troubleshoot"
           -Choose "Advanced options"

           -Choose "Startup Settings"

           -then click "Restart"
           -after Restart, press "4" to enter the safe mode

2nd.  

          -File explorer

          -Right click " This Pc"
          -Properties

          -Device Manager

          - Double click " Display Adapters"

          -Right CLick on " AMD Radeon"

          -Click Disable

          -Restart Pc

Enjoy Your Windows 10 and wait for updates from HP.
