I reviewed your post and I understand that the letter V on the keyboard is not working correctly.

When was the last time the computer was working fine?
Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

No prg. added other than Windows-10 upgrade.
This problem started about 3 weeks ago.
The V works, but I have to push on it twice or press on it hard for it to work.
Could it be dust or something else that cause this problem.
