Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated my laptop through the HP support system and now when I play my game after a few minutes it shuts the game down with the message...

Windows has unexpectedly stopped working .

Please click ok.

we will let you know if there is a solution to the problem.

My laptop worked perfectly before I installed the recent updates.

I am also seeing another error as well

When I am just on my laptop, a blue screen will appear with the message

Your Pc has encountered a error

we will restart it for you after we run a dianostic scan

My laptop is brand new with a virus protection

I have nothing installed on it except for the Sims 4 game .

It ran perfectly until these updates and I have no idea what is going on.

Please, perform "System Restore" first in an attempt to fix the issue. Please, restore back to previous day (restore point) where the issue was not present, before this update has been applied. Here is more info:
