Product: HP Pavilion 15-e003tx Notebook

Hi,
I have just reformatted my laptop and when the Recovery start up, i encountered the following message:
Your PC /Device needs to be repaired.
The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors.

Hi,
Have you upgraded to Windows 10?
HP Recovery will not work in this case. HP recovery partition would be corrupted.
You have to either boot from HP Recovery USB that you should've created after first setup of this notebook
http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03489643
Or do a clean install of Windows 10 Home 64 bit:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-usb-flash-drive-create-install-windows-10-a.html
No Windows 10 drivers posted by HP for your model.
You can alternatively clean install Windows 8.1 64 bit:
https://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/18309-windows-8-windows-8-1-iso-download-create.html
Additional drivers from here: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC-series/5355006/model/5387...
