I've been having issues with my keyboard several keys doesn't work. I've read several comments here that it is a known issue and replacing it won't fix the problem. How can i have it fixed? I hope you can help me.

What happens when you connect an external keyboard (borrowed from a "desktop" computer) to a USB port on your computer?  Do all the keys work?  If so, then replacing the keyboard is your best option.
