Imagine you a driving your favourate car in nfs, at full speed, you are winning and suddenly the keyboard key will be stuck, not physically but somehow the key release event has been skipped by your system, bam your car goes right, right ,, right till you press the key again, then everything is back to normal.
This happens not only in nfs but in all games, and not with just arrow keys but with wasd keys too..infact i think all the keys, my laptop is under warrenty i called the customer care, they said this was not an issue, and they cannot replace or do anything to my laptop. its been 6 monts and i feel cheated.
Is there any thing that I can do so that I can use my laptop the way I wanted ??
any help will be appritiated .
Ps: I have tried sticky keys and all that options. Nothing works. The keys keep getting stuck randomly.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I read your post about your sticky keys problem and wanted to help.
Sorry, there's only so much we can do on a forum. We are NOT HP Tech Support; only a bunch of volunteers trying to help folks solve problems with their HP PCs.
Since we have no way to remote into the PC and run any diagnostics ourselves, we have no way to examine the PC ourselves. This limits us to providing written diagnosting steps in the hopes that those will reveal the problem and how to fix it.
So, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try: Notebook Keyboard Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎 | HP® Customer Support
Good Luck

Sorry, as I said, we are NOT HP Tech Support and HP has no official presence on this forum.
I don't think HP support works on the weekends, so all you can do is try to contact them again next week.
Plus, I will be away for a few days, so I won't be responding for a while.
Here's the contact info for HP:
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
Good Luck
