Hello dear HP
I have reinstalled my laptop a few days ago and i have tried almost everything to get my internet going but nothing works. It seems like my network hardware can´t be found. I have tried goin in to the BIOS to "enable" my " Lan power saving" but the option is not even available in the BIOS. I can only see Language, Virtualization tech, fan always on and action keys mode. Could you please help me solve my problem??
Thank!

Hi Znar,
Welcome to the HP Community, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the HP Forums I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.
I will be happy to help with your issues connection to the internet but I will need some additional information. What operating system did you just reinstall? What is your product number? Under Device Manager what do you see listed under Network Adapters? Are you getting an error message when you try and connect?

Hi!
The product number is: g6-1104eo
Serial number: 5CD132018L
Reinstalled to Windows 7 Ultimate
Only two bluetooth devices are listed under Network Adapters.
Under "other devices" there are "ethernet Controller" "Network Controller" "PCI Device" and "PCI SCC" and they all have a yellow triangle next to them.
I remember that i recived one error message and that was something like "Can't find network hardware". Sience then i haven't recived any messages. I have tryed connecting the computer with a wire and it still doesn't work. Maby i should try and reinstall the Windows?
Thanks alot for the help! I appreciate it 🙂

Hi Znar,
Definitely looks like a hardware issue of sorts. For those four devices with triangle, try right click and selecting Update Driver Software to let Windows search for drivers. If that doesn't work right click and go to properties and let me know what it says under Device Status. Check for all four devices.
