HP Recommended

This has been a widespread problem and clearly something that HP should have felt obliged to address, but has been totally silent on the issue.  I can't tell you what you should do, but don't expect HP to do the right thing and fix it.  In my case, HP is off my preferred vendor list for never addressing this issue.

Well I have had mine 2 years and some months so it is just wear and tear. If you bring it too a computer guy in your town it will be cheaper then to go through HP. My puter guy charged me 19.95 for the buttons and $50 for labor. I got off easy and am quite pleased.
