hi

 

i have tried to get hp support assistance and tried manual drivers and other troubleshooting to solve the driver issue. can you please check and give me the link to download the correct driver for my laptop. screenshot attached.

Hi,

Those seem to be drivers for an iphone, ipad which might have been attached to the PC in the past

What happens when you reattach the device (ipad or iphone)
