I added a user to my account. I can log in successfully. I went to account.live.com and made sure the added account parameters were correct and recogized by Microsoft. When I attempt to log the user in her account, the email address is acceptred and the password is accepted (evidenced by the whirling wheel of dots), then after about 10 seconds a blue screen appears stating that the login did not pass the user profile, the profile will not be loaded. I have rebooted, wiped the added account out, and started over a number of times with no success. Her account is gmail. I had created a hotmail account for her and it rejects all passwords that I have entered. I am at a loss as to what to do to add her to my computer.

I tried the instructions, including creating a new account for her, and when it comes time to log in, the ID and password are initially accepted then the dreaded blue screen saying "User Profile Service failed the sign in". No change from before. Is there a "User Profile Service" on my machine, or is the notice coming from Microsoft?
