Hi,

after formatting my Hp g62 b07-sl i had problem with the installation of driver video .

during the installation the screen become black e dont turn on; after restart ,during log  on Windows screen turn off but i can hear sound. I only can enter in safe mode to unistall graphic card driver and turn VGA standard on..

I have 2 commutables graphich card: Intel Hd Graphic Card (correctly works) and  Ati Mobility Radeon Hd 5470.

Hardware id:

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68E0&SUBSYS_143A103C&REV_00
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68E0&SUBSYS_143A103C
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68E0&CC_030000
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68E0&CC_0300

Drivers i used was 197mb downloaded from hp. 

Can i have the right drivers?

I also have updated all other drivers on my laptop

Hi Davide22,

 

Yes you downloaded the right driver for windows 7 x64.

 

I found this tool at AMD website.

 

That tool can check if your computer supports the standard AMD driver provided by AMD.

 

Click here

 

If your computer support the standard diver from AMD. It should provide you a download on the driver or a link to it.
