Hi:

You need these drivers...

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6760 (AMD graphics)

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp55001-55500/sp55092.exe

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5209  (Card reader)

after i install those drivers, the hardware are all being recognized.  i try it for 2 days, and then the screen come to a point that i cannot read them. it is a moving blank screen with purple, pink color, no letters in them.  i force to close computer and restore to an earlier point, and i see one of the PCI device is not being recognized again.  i reinstall those drivers software, then play the computer 1 - 2 days. the blank screen happen again.  i force to close the computer, and then restore to an earlier date, and reinstall the drivers software again. it happen.  i force to close the computer, and i am still waiting to be able to get an screen to do something from the computer.

any suggestion to fix the problem?

Hi:

Unfortunately, I don't.

When you get crazy graphics issues like that, you can bet your bottom dollar that the AMD GPU is on its way out from long term heat stress.
