Product: HP Elitebook 850 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

From yesterday my Elitebook 850 G3 it's blocking all the time and I can't do nothing to make it works normally. The only thing that works, in that case, it's the force restart from on/off button.

 

Does anybody knows what's going on and how can fix that issue?

If you disconnect everything from the laptop, will it boot up? (We've seen issues with older USb security keys haulting the system from booting.)
