Hello,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome onboard!

I am sorry for the issues you experience with your HP computer.

Do you have a power in the PC's battery ? Please, review this HP official article about such issues you experience now [Nothing happens when I press the power-on button] . Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:

If you did try everything but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - since you bought it 2 months ago, it should still be with active warranty period. Contact HP Support for assistance :

my battery is unremovable and also I did anything I found in HP site and in this forum, but the problem has not fixed yet. I need all my file and I am afraid that they reset my hard and I lose all my file in Hard Drive.
I wonder if you could help me to back up all my files with my laptop which I could not turn it on.

Hello,

Since you cannot start the PC at all, the only option to backup (copy) your data  is to get the hard disk drive out (HDD out) and use a connecting cable to plug it into another PC (e.g. USB adapter/cable).

However, for your model, this is not an easy task , actually quite a lot of steps and disassembling - HDD is deep inside. Additionally, if your PC is still with active warranty, any attempts to disassemble the PC might void the warranty, you must be a real pro to successfully disassemble the PC without any technician understand, there might be "traps".

Here are the service guides for your model:

Take a look at the HDD sections  manual...649 , page 105/115

I strongly recommend that you contact HP and insist on the technicians to get the HDD out of the PC before starting any troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else.
