My laptop won't turn on when I push the power button.

I'm having the same problem regarding the my laptop won't turn on even when plugged in, I even tried the battery removal and pressing the power button then using the ac adapter still nothing... I have tried everything before regarding my low battery notification still won't come up while my battery is low it just keep shutting dying without warning please help me on this

I have an HP Pavilion dm3. I've had it 3-4 years bought it brand new from pawn shop. I haven't had any problems with it until today. My son accidently dropped it yesterday and today I've tried to turn it on but nothing. It's plugged into the charger and completely charged but won't turn on. I've tried removing the battery and unplugging it then turning it and still nothing. My laptop has ALL of my pictures on from before my son was born up till recently and other important files so I really need it to work again. Is there anything I can try besides this method?

This works.

1 Unplug the power supply.

2 Rempve the battery

3 Wait at least 3 minutes.

4 reinstll the battery.

5 Connect to power.

6 Press the powerbutton & the laptop powers on.

This option definately works. I tried it on my new HP laptop. I bought it at the Microsoft Store. Great laptop. I love HP.

Hello. I got an hp pavillion dv6000 yesterday I Was watchin a movie on it till the battery got empty, frm thn it won't switch on again even if its on power and I also tried the process of holdin the power button for 30 second while batterry and adaptor is out and it still not workin I have this laptop for 2 years please help

I have a hp pavilion dv6-6c03ej runs on windows 7. It wont turn on. the light in the ac plug comes on when plugged in i try to turn it on the lights on the keyboard flash but cut right off. I tried to pull the battery and unplug it hold the power for 30seconds but that didnt work either. What could it be?
