Product: HP Model Number 2000-2d19WM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I have a laptop that I am working on that is in need of a system recovery.

I have used the partition on the hard drive to recover the system, but when I try to activate the OS, it will not activate.  It tells me to enter a new Product Key, or Buy a new one.  I have no idea what the product key is, and i am definately not buying a new product key for the laptop.

 

Is there anyway I can download the recovery media if I provide the Serial number to someone?

It is a HP Model Number 2000-2d19WM
