Network drivers for dc7600 Windows 7

I recently bought a dc7600 with pre-installed Win7.

I've been having problems with directdraw not working.

Could you please help me get this thing working?

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the final release W7 Intel graphics driver.

64 bit:

IMO, if you like the PC, invest in a cheap PCI express x16 video card like the Nvidia GT 610.

Would a new graphics card be a good fix?

I'm thinking about getting one, but don't want to if the system is already a flop.

If the drivers I posted didn't help, then actually the answer is up to you.

The dc7600 is over 10 years old.  I gave mine away years ago.

Personally, I wouldn't put any money into it myself, but some folks don't want to let things go.

I'm guilty of the same thing...I have a dc7800 I should have gotten rid of by now, but it has so much of my wife's programs and files, etc on it, I just keep leaving it alone.  I am put off by having to reinstall all of the stuff she has on a newer PC. 

The dc7800 is still decent enough because I maxed out the memory to 8 GB, it came with an Intel Core2Duo E8300, and I had installed a Radeon HD 6570 in it way back when.

If you are willing to throw $39 bucks into your PC...this is the graphics card I would recommend...Maybe you can find one in used but tested and working condition on eBay for less.

I'm actually going to buy a bomb-ass video card, and use it to run a few games. Only gotta do a little ghetto rigging, but I'm gonna upgrade the power-supply.

Don't go too new. 

The BIOS won't support most of the new video cards out on the market today.
