Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone experienced the problem I have with the ordering process? I ordered a new laptop and within 24 hrs the status of the order changed to "it's on its way to our (DPD) Dunstable depot".  I also received a text to advise that it would be delivered the next day. That was almost a week ago and since then there has been nothing. I contacted HP Store two times and whilst the agents were sympathetic and helpful - no-one has got back to me with any update whatsoever. I am therefore left in complete limbo. I am not being treated like a customer and the service is appalling.

Someone from HP would contact you through PM. Since it is weekend, I'm not expecting anything until Monday or Tuesday.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
