HP Stream Notebook Pc11

I only have about 100MB left on my PC and it has become so bad I can't open up Chrome properly unless I close many tabs and i can't open any programs. I frequently use Disk Cleanup and I have uninstalled programs and deleted files and frequently restart my device but it does not increase the free space.  I also use Disk Cleaners and free my recycle bin. Are there any other ways where I can free my laptop's storage space?

Delete old versions of Windows and old update cache files. Another big one is to turn off hibernation and remove the hiberfil.sys file which is the same size as the amount of RAM your system has so maybe 4 gigs can be cleared there.

Delete recovery partition
