Yes, your sceen shot shows you need the raid driver and as long as you can get a working XP installation file, you should be good to go.
The SP 2 file mentioned in the instructions I posted was just the service pack, not the whole XP installation disk.

Let me try this and I will post the results by tomorrow. If it works, I will mark this thread as solved and share it on social networks so that, if someone else has the same problem this discussion will help them.

Seems I should extract the files of Windows XP installation disk. I downloaded Windows XP SP2 installation file and extracted it to a separate folder named WinXP and inside that WinXP folder there was another folder i386 (the folder I have extracted). Now, I opened nLite and located the file. But, it shows some error I am unable to find what the error was. Please help me!
What am I supposed to do after downloading Windows XP SP2? Should I extract it?

Hi:
Hopefully all is going well.
I right clicked on the XP CD and it copied to a folder. Then I just skipped all the next steps until it came time to add the sata drivers and build the bootable iso file.
If you can't get it to work, plan B would be to get your hands on a USB floppy drive and at the F6 prompt when installing XP, when it comes to ask for the driver, you use the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard to scroll to and select the Intel Mobile Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller.
Remember that with this process, you have to scroll either way (up or down) to find the driver from the list. It is highly doubtful you will see it there initially in the window.
...and I sure hope you made your set of recovery media before proceeding with any attempt to install W7.
If you manage to delete all partitions and format the drive, and for some reason XP also fails to install, then you have an expensive paperweight!

Slipstreamed all the drivers into a Windows XP Professional SP3 and I tried to boot it. When it came for the screen showing me to press F6, I pressed the F6 key but, it kept on continuing the installation. I tried several times but the option to install drivers is not showing up?>
What will the problem be? 😞

Hi:
If you sliptreamed the drivers, you do not need to hit the F6 key.
Just let it autorun and when you get to the part where it says setup is starting windows, if it keeps going, you're in business.
If it blue screens with the stop code or comes up with any other error, the slipstream was a failure.

It kept on continuing without showing up the driver screen and atlast it came with the screen showing "Setup could not determine the type of one or more mass storage devices installed in your system...etc.."
Atlast it came up with an error code too. The error code was 0x0000007B.
If the slipstream is failure what am I supposed to do?
