No sound during gameplay NFS Rivals

as said its not a driver fix , as HP supports are crap I suggest we've to deal it ourselves

I have even tried this temporary fix, But still it not working for me.

Can anyone tell me the permanent fix for this problem?

Ive perform a factory restore and still did not work

I've installed this workaround batch file and still did not work

But I found a very simple solution to the problem and now I have sound with nfs rivals on my HP ENVY laptop 🙂
