Hi guys, so I just bought this ONN wireless mouse to replace the wired one I'm using now. I tried to connect it on my laptop, the cursor isn't budging. I read the directions over and over, same result. I connected the mouse to the desktop, same result. The battery is fine, it's brand new..and if its working on the desktop, why not on my laptop?

I have a dv2550se special edition notebook/laptop.

Hello @mischievousx3,

I understand that your new wireless mouse is not working on your notebook computer, and that it works on your desktop computer. When you plugged the nano-receiver for your mouse into the notebook, did it indicate that drivers were being installed? Does the cursor on your notebook move when you interact with the touchpad? What model of ONN mouse are you using? I would be happy to help you, but first I would encourage you to post which operating system you are using; and whether your operating system is 32 or 64 bit. The more information you can provide, the better!

Which Windows operating system am I running?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?

Please re-post with the necessary information, this way I will be able to research this further for you. I look forward to your reply!

Cheers!
