Hi,

You're welcome :generic:

Regarding being able to use a MicroSD card, you can, but you'll need a MicroSD to SD Card adapter - an example of is can be seen on the following link.

Hi,

Go into Device Manager, right click on the problem device and select Properties.  Click the Details tab, choose Hardware Ids from the dropdown box and post back with the details shown under Value.

Very useful info, David.  I would really like to know how you were able to figure out what type of device it was from the Hardware IDs.

I also have a device with missing driver, after re-installing Windows 7 fresh on a Notebook model number HP2000-104CA.

@Eskimo007,

I'm not certain if you still need this (you have most likely resolved this already), but it looks like the 2000 device is also a card reader.  The link below should be the driver it would need.

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp61501-62000/sp61958.exe

@JLim562,

Reviewing the provided hardware IDs, it looks like your missing driver device is also a card reader.  It would use the same driver file as I linked to for Eskimo007.
