PCI Simple Communications Controller:

This package provides the original driver for the Intel Management Engine Interface solutions in supported models that are running a supported operating system.

File name: sp57372.exe

SMBus Controller:  Note...Install this driver first and reboot the PC.

This package provides the original driver for the Intel Chipset Family SMBus Controller solutions in supported models that are running a supported operating system.

File name: sp57417.exe

Thank you for your response.

The PCI Simplementation Communications Controller and the SMBUS Controller updated successfully but I receive the following message for the the Ethernet Controller:

"Your system does not meet the operating system requirements. Update has been cancelled (9997)"

Try the ethernet driver directly from Realtek.
