HP ProBook4320s
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

 

 I have a big problem, i bought a HP ProBook 4320S from a friend, but it has power-on password, the OS doesn't start

The only thing i know it's USER ID: Aex

When i try a random password for 3 times

It says "System Locked, Press the power button to restart the system"

SPECS:

 

PRODUCT: WS903EA#UUW

I need some help, please!!

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

 

You have made a great choice with your HP 4320.

 

With regards to your issue - This is Probook and is a business class computer. Most business class notebooks (including yours Elitebook and Probook) have better security. They do not produce halt codes so entering wrong code 3 or more times won't help.

 

You will have to contact HP Business Support for assistance on removing the password.

HP Business support should be able to send you a customised SMC.bin file and instructions which you can use  to reset the password. The assistance from HP for such issues is usually free for business class computers.
