Hello, @DeRedder

 

Did you check the webcam functionality using a different application as suggested? Login to facebook and check if the webcam is working using the facebook messenger. Let me know if that works.

 

Also, since the webcam entry is not listed in the device manager, go to http://hp.care/2ptmifB and follow the steps listed under "Webcam is not listed in Device Manager (Windows 7)".

As I already stated the webcam does not appear in the control panel, system, devices. I have tried several drivers such as integrated HP drivers but they crash my laptop. 

 

I have tried it all.
