Problem in installing drivers

Hi everyone, I am facing a problem in installing the following drivers. Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

Other than the graphics, here are the other drivers you need...

Ethernet:  3rd driver on the list.

I actually tried using this driver. If was installed successfully, then I was asked to reboot. But the laptop did not reboot, the screen showing 'starting windows' was staying for such a long time and I had to force shut down it. Twice. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why that is happening.

Did you try the newer AMD graphics driver listed on the support page?

If you did, and that doesn't work either, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
