Hello everyone, I have a big problem I can not solve. In Control Panel am only the voice BALANCED, HIGH PERFORMANCE ENERGY SAVING and there are no, what can I do to view them?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to view the power options in control panel.

This could be due to issues with certain system files on the computer. I would suggest you run SFC scan and check if it helps. System File Checker is a utility in Microsoft Windows that allows users to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files.
Follow the steps:
a. Type “cmd” without quotes on the Start screen.
b. On the left pane, right-click on the “Command Prompt” and select “Run as Administrator”.
c. Type ‘sfc /scannow’ without quotes and hit Enter.
If the issue persists, I recommend you to perform a refresh on your computer. Follow the steps in the below link to perform a refresh.
